  Made THREE apts for the same day; one at 10am, bumped me because they were too busy to do a color,. One at noon, bumped me again, didn't want to do color before lunch... finally said I would come back at 3pm because I wanted my hair…

  This was the worst experience I have had at a hair salon. The stylists were overbooked. My stylist was working another person and I at the same time. She had no time to cut my hair, I had to tell her what to do so she would forget (ie…
