“I'm very happy with Avon H.S. I have two boys there, one who has special needs. The educators are interested and involved (for the most part). Academics are stressed and hard work rewarded. The music program is outstanding! There is a wealth of opportunity for school involvement for the kids. It's a little difficult to get into advanced courses, you must have a high GPA, an A in the subject and teacher recommendation. There's a good mix of students and I feel my kids are safe at this school.”
